Role Title : Senior Research Analyst - Strategy & Operations

Reports to : Sr Manager - Strategy & Operations

About the team : The strategy and operations team works closely with different business verticals and functions to define and drive strategic priorities for the company

Key job responsibilities :

- Support teams in deriving insights from broad industry landscaping, suggesting industry leading features/content through competitive benchmarking

- Lead all the research elements on the projects assigned

- Create framework and disseminate knowledge to company leadership to enable informed industry view from around the globe

- Support the Project lead in launching and program managing strategic initiatives with key stakeholders

- Help in driving change management and business transformation efforts

Preferred Qualifications & skills :

- 2-4 years of experience in research arm of strategy consulting (e.g. McKinsey Knowledge Centre, BCG Research, Bain Capability Center) or corporate strategy roles driving high impact projects

- Strong problem solving and capability to structure ambiguous problems

- Proven experience of working with senior management and cross-functional teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Outcome focused, with data and metrics driven decision making

- Self driven and ability to work independently
