MPL Gaming - Program Manager

We are Mobile Premier League (MPL), one of India's largest esports and mobile gaming platforms. We hit 5 billion games played on MPL within a year of starting up and our current user base is over 40 million. Some of our marquee investors include Sequoia Capital, Times Internet, and GoVentures. We currently have over 40 games on our platform, including major titles like PUBG, FreeFire, and World Cricket Championship. Multiple mainstream as well as Indie game developers are our partners.

As Program Manager you will work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment, in an industry that is poised for exponential growth.

Skills :

- Experience in Business Program Management projects with aggressive schedules and complexity

- Proficient knowledge of Project/Program Management principles and processes

- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum methodology and ceremonies

- Experience of working with cross functional business teams and product to implement new solutions

- Proficient in change management skills

- Prior experience in/with corporate finance teams will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability

- Energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a go-getter attitude
