Responsibilities
- Track and maintain shrinkage as per the defined targets.
- Prepare weekly business reports to monitor the weekly performance in terms of productivity and quality.
- Manage the SLA and ensure that the SL is met as committed.
- Be a part of the roster preparation along with the MIS team.
- Highlight the challenges to the senior leadership regarding staffing, queue management, and resource allocation
- Assist recruitment in hiring candidates.
- Grow the local content moderation team and oversee their day-to-day management
- Strengthen the team's understanding of content safety policies and risks
- Responsible for localizing working processes and strategies, solving content concerns for local users with cross-functional teams like Product, Legal and PR.
- Responsible for zero misses on Latency
- Handling weekly /monthly agency performance reviews
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3-4 years of experience as a content moderator in the B-C industry
- Should have previously led a team of content moderators
