Role & Responsibility :
- Effective usage of ATL activities to communicate brand attributes
- Competitor Analysis - Continuously monitor competition activities in-media and on-ground and highlighting it within the team
- Ideate and create the brand plan as a process to establish the brand positioning with regard to upcoming features and games in the app
- Creative and media analysis of competition
- Planning marketing activities with external agencies and internal team
- Preparing creative, media, and PR briefs to establish alignment to the brand plan
- Creating marketing strategies and brand building exercises
- Standardization of creative communication with appropriate stakeholders
- Timely deliverance of all the elements to make the campaign successful
- Effective implementation of Media and PR
- Spotting opportunities to leverage brand attributes through media
- Constantly monitor the effectiveness of various media vehicles deployed
- Responsible for creating, managing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive various KPI- s
- Measure, analyze and improve the performance of digital campaigns through insights and learnings from data
Skills & Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in driving successful communications strategy and execution
- Curiosity and drive to deeply understand Customer needs, segmentation and the business, and the ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize data into a compelling story
- Ability to engage partners across the organization at the right times to collaboratively solve problems, while keeping them informed, engaged and involved along the way
- Strong creative acumen and analytical skills to work with a defined strategy
- Ability to focus on both broad, strategic vision and small, critical details
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Expertise in communication measurement, analytics and reporting
