Mphasis - Service Delivery Manager (14-22 yrs)
Delivery Leader
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
- Must have handled Banking Account portfolios - Banking and Capital Market domain exposure would be preferred.
- Must have grown & driven offshore portfolios in the range of USD 8 - 15MM and Headcount > 150 employees in offshore ODCs and in onsite offshore models.
- Proven experience in high volume ramp ups of teams
- Proven & experience in client management, coordination, and negotiation skills. Must have ability to connect closely with customer.
- Proven & experience in Delivery Management for cross & next gen skills and projects, using methodologies such as Agile (SCRUM, Feature Driven, Lean, etc.)
- Preferred expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Cloud, MicroServices
- Must be well read/versed in Next Gen technologies such as Digital, Cloud, RPA, Analytics, Big Data, etc.
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales & Solutioning for deals, RFPs/RFIs, proposals, etc.
- Strong P&L & Operational Management experience
- Minimum 14 years experience in IT Services & from Computer Engineering / Computer Science background from Tier 1 colleges
- Strong People Management, Mentoring and leadership skills.
- Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills.
