Support in creation of overall total rewards strategy, liaising with leaders, cross-functional project management to influence stakeholders, simulations and budgeting, communication, roll-out, implementation/ change management 2. Networking with external peers, Benchmark with best practices and keep an eye out on industry trends on total rewards 3. Analyse RoI on all pay and benefit initiatives and seek active feedback from leaders to keep the plans in line with business strategy 4. Ability to put the big picture on associating pay/ benefits to employee behavior and business results Knowledge: working of IT/ ITES companies, IT employee roles in services/ products set up and pay mix for different levels, basic understanding of statutory requirements in India and major locations like US, UK, Australia, Europe &amp; Singapore Skills: number skills, design thinking, business acumen, influencing skills, flawless communication. Should be a self-starter who is passionate about evolution of total rewards frameworks.
