- Overall 10+ years of Recruitment Experience in IT Hiring (IS). - Strong experience in hiring for Banking & Capital Markets - Experience in handling onsite clients - Hands on experience in sourcing - Management of Lateral hiring and full-life cycle recruitment. - Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. - Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery/ clients - Strong market intelligence - Understanding the recruitment asks - timelines, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability - Maintain hiring with in grid & cost per hire v/s SLAs - Experienced in handling larger accounts & multiple customers - Working closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillments - Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus. - Willingness to learn and scale up - Good on MIS & presenting data - Good people management skills Salary Offered : 11-18 LPA
