Role &amp; Responsibilities : 1) Manage the Background verification process end to end (involving recruiter, delivery, HR and end client and external vendor) 2) Able to understand Client Background check requirements geographical wise (EMEA, APAC, USA and Canada) 3) Able to monitor and analyzes vendor performance to assure compliance with service level agreement 4) Should be a people manager having managed a team size of 5 and above 5) Must have experience in BV process for min of 7 to 8 years 6) Must have 4 years of experience in corporate / MNC/ ITES which had global presence (basically experienced in both India &amp; onsite regions) Required Qualification &amp; Skill : - MBA in HR or equivalent - Vendor management skills - Extremely good with MS Office especially with excel - Excellent communication skills to manage international clients Process Skills: - Background verification across global - Managing third part BV vendor - Experienced in leading the BV process as a leader working closely with external BV vendor &amp; internal customer Behavioral Skills : - People Manager - Team Player
