Mphasis - Compensation & Benefits Role (1-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Administering benefit programs - good understanding of insurance, allowances, leave and statutory guidelines
2. Managing enrollment, communication and implementation of programs - working with cross-functional teams to manage launch of pay/ benefit programs
3. Support in salary benchmarking, job mapping, cost of living analysis data
4. Help in developing budget base sheets and eligibility
5. Ability to analyze data on usage of budgets and report diligently
6. Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the industry
7. Conduct periodic internal audits and present reports
8. Familiarity with employment rules and regulations
9. Strong interpersonal, number and communication skills
