Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Heading a team which is responsible for the following : 1) Revenue assurance - Finalize the revenue to be reported for Mphasis Group on a monthly basis - Coordinating with Business finance partner and Delivery for revenue recognition - Review of new contracts as per threshold limits and ensuring timely approvals in the system of contracts, bill rates, milestones, estimates etc. - Guide team members resolve issues - Continuously educate team and business on new aspects of revenue recognition 2) Revenue reporting - - Publishing of various revenue reports like DSO, MD&amp;A, FB reports, Rewards and Penalties report etc. 3) Advisory role on complex deal structuring - Provide guidance on structuring of contracts during pricing stage on revenue recognition aspects - Provide expertise on drafting contracts at SOW draft stage - Determining revenue recognition methodology for new deals as per GAAP 4) Audit closure on Revenue Assurance function - statutory, internal, entity etc. 5) Automation Cultivate a culture of continuous process improvements and innovations and drive automation related activities 6) Respond to ad-hoc business requirements Skills Required: - Education qualification C. A. with 12-15 years experience - Expert Knowledge of IndAS 115 - Good communication skills. - Proven ability to analyze and enhance work processes. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Good accounting knowledge
