JOB DESCRIPTION :&nbsp; Job Title: Asst. Manager, Sales Strategy &amp; Operations Location: Bangalore Job Purpose :&nbsp; The resources should help manage all sales operations and analysis with a business unit. S/He should be responsible for: Sales Strategy :&nbsp; - Developing sales programs, sales process strategy, evaluating and implementing improvements to sales programs and processes. - Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget - Identify growth areas and drive market/customer intelligence Data Management :&nbsp; - Guide sales people (Key Accounts, Regional Sales, etc.) in entering an accurate deal data in our CRM tool - Make sure data is clean, accurate, and complete - Get forecast of deal closure and revenues Process &amp; System Support :&nbsp; - Must develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency - Single point of contact for key stakeholders for sales reporting, requests and issues - Handles and resolve regular operational challenges Reporting &amp; Analytics :&nbsp; - Conduct quantitative sales analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and probability modeling - Create both standardized &amp; custom reports - Provide support for various reviews - Sales/Account/Business etc. - Analysis of sales related data to increase overall sales productivity - Forecast Vs Actuals variance Qualifications Needed :&nbsp; - MBA from a top tier institute - Prior experience of 3-4 years in sales strategy/sales planning/sales operations - IT services company experience is a must Skills needed :&nbsp; - Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Good project management skills - Well organized and able to work on own initiative - Good interpersonal skills, able to influence and engender collaboration with senior management
