- We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to grow new sales and cultivate business from existing key accounts across Australian market for Microsoft Dynamics business solutions.
- As the Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for working with business decision makers to understand their unique business needs. You will be on point to orchestrate a successful sales cycle from qualification of leads to solution demos and submission of proposal with help of expert Pre-Sales Team and ultimately responsible for successful closures and meeting sales target with contributing to Organization Goal.
Skills Required :
- Minimum 9+ years of sales/business development experience in solution sales.
- Sales experience of ERP and CRM Solution is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Management Experience (Minimum 4 years).
- Goal Driven.
- Experience of working with Australian Customers an advantage.
- A strong ethical compass.
- Ability to listen to reason, evaluate and articulate best in class solutions without compromising on integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue Generation.
- Identify marketing opportunities by recognizing the customer requirements, competitor analysis and business projection.
- Development & expansion of our client base in Australia through new client acquisitions.
- Preparation and timely submission of Proposals and RFPs.
- Deliver regular and consistent revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics.
- Brand development activities assistance.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to define the marketing strategies and run campaigns for healthy pipeline generation
