m.Paani - Manager - Product Marketing (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Driving growth numbers and key engagement metrics for m.Paani's retailer and consumer products
- Owning multiple communication channels, building m.Paani's product voice spanning online (ie: social media, app, PWA, chatbots, emails) and offline (ie: retail stores, physical marketing & event promotions)
- Build virality and ease of sharing hooks into m.Paani products
- Executing clear positioning and branding of retailer and consumer products
- Being social and understanding users- behaviour from strong quant and qualitative skills
- Set up and run A/B tests on content, timings, channels, pricing, visuals
- Set up and manage processes for ongoing multichannel content development
- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments in order make the product more user-centric
- Optimizing growth channels and expanding in-program communication channels
- Design and execute on full funnel consumer and retailer engagement journey; segmented into cohorts so we can ensure the right message to the right person at the right time
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in product marketing, preferably with experience working with SME retailers and/or leading tech platforms connecting businesses and consumers
- Successful background in owning product engagement KPIs like transactions, redemptions, sharing; as well as growth KPIs on free & paid products
- Strong experience in inbound & outbound marketing throughout different portions of a lifecycle
- Editing/copywriting skills
- Experience in A/B testing
- Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM, social and viral mechanics
- Comfortable with GA and web marketing technologies such as Optimizely, AppsFlyer, AppVirality, KissMetrics, ClickTale etc
- Strong execution skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong strategy and analytics skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, plus ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level
