MP Industrial Development Corporation - Policy Specialist

- Conduct research, gather and report on both quantitative and qualitative data, analyze current policies of the state, within India and international policy landscape, evaluating the effects of such policies, and report on findings including recommendations for policy update

- Examine and document benefits and impact of policies and government programs and suggest improvements for better implementation of policies

- Continuously interact with stakeholders and beneficiaries to understand the gaps in the existing policy framework and simplification of such procedures from time to time

- Drafting policy, schemes, regulations, etc and its implementing procedure along with draft formats for information collectionin purview of the Department

- Work effectively within the Department to incorporate policy objectives in support of MPIDC's objectives and to ensure clarity on related goals internally and externally

- Design and contributes the policy advocacy strategies by identifying and prioritizing stakeholders and communication means

- Support MPIDC to ensure that all policies meet legal regulations and standards

- Ensure updating policies from time to time as per central government and state government announcements and ensuring proper measures are taken by allied departments for its implementation

- Helping develop new proposals and concept papers for special sectors or industries as per market need and trends
