MP Industrial Development Corporation - Digital & Social Media Specialist (7-12 yrs)
- Develop and manage social media strategies and ad campaigns to build awareness of MPIDC on relevant social media networks, working with stakeholders across the organization
- Design a digital road map & campaign and budget and undertake its implementation
- Create programs and campaigns to grow followership and engagement within the social media and community space
- Manage, monitor and evaluate social media results, social media reporting and analytics on a regular basis in coordination with organizations goals and benchmarks, to quantify and qualify effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize outreach efforts and ensure alignment across channels and teams
- Strategize content with content creators/knowledge partners/internal departments for marketing ads and campaigns for online medium and ensure content is informative and appealing
- Support online events with pre-event, during-event, and post-event social media coverage
- Optimizing campaigns and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI's across multiple channels
- Contribute to process, internal tools, websites and SEO optimization of digital content and support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and integrate them into content marketing plans
- Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of social media strategy
- Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments and create best/effective strategies for MPIDC
