MoXpert - Senior Manager/AGM - ERP Implementation

We have an urgent role with a Leading Consumer Durable Group at Gurgaon.

Role : Sr Mgr/AGM - ERP Implementation (Oracle)

Requirement :

Technical Competencies:

- OracleR12, Application Certifications, PMP

- Excellent Project management skills, including project scoping/work plan development and resource management and budgets

- Broad understanding of the key features (and differences) between SAP, Oracle, and other major business software applications

- Experience managing vendor relationships and projects involving vendor selection and implementation

- Demonstrated leadership skills in systems implementation with a focus on methodology

Profile :

- Responsible for evaluation and planning stages of developing an ERP

- Responsible for creating the project plan and the strategic implications of the project

- Ensuring that the implementation takes place within the Corporate defined parameters of cost, schedule and quality

- Actively monitor project budget and manage costs, reconcile expenditures and projected expenses, in conjunction with Finance

- To lead, guide and mentor all project team members during the implementation stage

- Responsible for evaluating risks and issues management including notifying and or escalating for assistance and resolution during design and implementation stage of the project

- Gather detailed requirements and complete appropriate documentations to reflect the scope of engagements

- Manage deliverables of internal teams (Sales, Finance etc.) during the implementation and coordinate with the vendor to keep track of their tasks and milestones.

- Manage project team members, external vendors, including consultants, contractors, etc. engaged on the project.

- Monitor vendor milestones and all Service Level Agreements

- Provide regular status reports on project including regular Senior Management updates

- Responsible for all policy making related to ERP
