Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Finance and Accounting located in New Delhi at Movietime Cinemas.

The role will involve overseeing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, managing finance, preparing financial reports, and budgeting on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

- Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills.

- Analytical Skills for financial analysis.

- Experience in Finance and Budgeting.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- CPA or CFA qualification is a plus.

- Experience in the entertainment industry is a bonus.

KEY SKILLS:

- Oversee profit & loss (P&L) statements, financial analysis, and reporting Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Handle GST, TDS, tax audits, and compliance Supervise accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial records Work closely with the management team to support strategic financial decisions Lead and guide a team for smooth financial operations.

- 5+ years of experience in accounting & finance (Cinema/Entertainment Industry preferred).

- Strong knowledge of MIS, P&L statements, taxation, and compliance.

- Expertise in financial software & ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical & leadership skills.
