About the role of Expansion Manager :

- MoveInSync currently runs full-stack (End-to-End transport) operations for several clients in Bangalore. The Expansion Manager will be responsible for growing the full-stack transport solution in one of the three locations: Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad.

- This is a role with extensive exposure to sales, business development, vendor management, operations and team building.

- This is a very high visibility role, for the expansion manager will be directly responsible for the full-stack business in that particular city.

- The Expansion Manager must start the business from the scratch, including hire the right set of people, network with vendor partners and cab suppliers, get initial sales, and work closely with current Account Managers for up-sells.

- He/She must analyse potential market and work with supply and marketing teams, actively manage, coordinate and communicate all activities involved with developing and initiation of MoveInSync Full Stack Solution.

- This position demands flawless execution, and immense commitment. - He/She will be responsible for leading, executing and development of business in their city & new business needs and hand over to local teams to grow further.

Skills required (Technical, soft skills, specific tools, personality traits) :

- Proven leadership and entrepreneurial experience

- 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment.

- Great problem solving and improvisation skills

- Ability to work in ambiguous and unstructured environment - putting method to madness.

- Bachelors from a premium institute (IITs, NITs, BITS or similar). MBA preferred but not mandatory
