Job Description - 

1. Supervising, guiding and motivating employees

2. Ensure the staff are happy so the business can run smoothly, you'll organise and delegate their workload as well as monitoring them to make sure it's done correctly.

3. It is an inward looking, internal customer focusing position, it is about the employees.

4. The incumbent needs to understand the metrics and measures of success as determined by the company for each position but also what the employees see as success and are motivated by to make sure they are in the right place. You need to know what the customers view as success and consider important for them to engage in business with the organisation.

The ideal candidate will come with 8-15 years of experience. She /He will be a great motivational speaker with an ability to connect with employees at all levels.
