Position - Vice President (Stressed Assets - Real Estate)

Education - CA/MBA Finance

Experience :

- Proven ability to provide financial restructurings and resolutions/turnaround strategies for accounts under financial stress in a time-bound manner

- 12 years+ experience of handling real estate transactions with significant exposure in handling stressed assets

Job Role :

- Responsible for formulating and executing appropriate resolution strategies for the identified assets in a time bound manner in close co-ordination with Investment Team

- Identification of potential buyers/solution providers (developers/financial institutions/ARCs) for the assets and liaisoning with them for potential solutions

- Closely monitoring of allocated portfolio of stressed assets, regular review of operational and financial performance, monthly cash flows and tracking of performance against set milestones

- Develop a strong network of relationships amongst the lenders and developers and be abreast of their investment thesis

Skillset :

- Excel in managing all the internal and external stakeholders and ability to handle critical conversations

- High level of strategic and creative thinking backed by strong analytical skills

- Sound understanding of project underwriting, legal due diligence, deal structuring and asset management for structured transactions

- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented and self-driven approach

- Team player with highest standards of integrity
