Motilal Oswal - Head - Business Development - Housing Finance

The job is responsible to design and drive delivery of the national business strategy for Affordable Housing.

- This role drives business profitability through focus on cost efficiency, resource utilization, data analytics, addressing under-performance, process inefficiencies/ gaps, channel optimization, etc.

- It liaises with Risk, Operations and Sales Governance teams to ensure team alignment for portfolio health and takes joint approval decisions as per defined matrix.

- It supports long term business growth by driving technology adoption to enable efficiency and scale for processes, and also ensuring requisite focus on sales governance and compliance in order to secure the business against operational risk and also optimize operations overheads.

- It serves as a critical point of escalation for specific cases and supports the removal of bottlenecks for the achievement of business goals.
