Job Purpose :
Looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial Planner & Analytics for our Broking division. This executive role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing P&L responsibilities, and ensuring that our business remains competitive and innovative in a rapidly evolving market
Key Deliverables:
- P&L Management: Examine and analysing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for various Channels within the entity. Develop, monitor, and execute strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competition and market benchmarking to provide insights and recommendations on strategic positioning. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to drive our competitive edge.
- Employee Rewarding System: Design and implement employee engagement programs, incentives, and rewards to foster a high-performance culture. Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Business Updates & Presentations: Prepare comprehensive business updates and strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Communicate key performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and operational insights effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Strategy and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals. Ensure strategic initiatives are actionable and measurable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and implement performance tracking mechanisms to monitor progress against strategic goals. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Role Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and business analysis
- Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in a broking house or a similar financial services environment, with a proven track record in corporate planning and strategy.
- IT Skills : MS Office. Exposure to back office applications will be an added advantage
