Process Improvement and Analytics

Role :

1) Work on projects to improve the efficiency and effectives of the business process in areas of credit underwriting, customer engagement and collection among others

2) Use data effectively to bring out business insights to help the organization deliver better outcomes

3) Develop and implement data based process models and monitor their effectiveness

4) Design, develop and deliver minimal touch processes with high customer satisfaction

5) Continuously upgrade oneself in areas of data science and process improvement

6) Work with development teams for implementation and roll out of data models or/and outcomes of improvement projects

Requirements:

1) Engineer/MBA with 2 to 4 years of experience in improving business process using data and business process improvement tool and techniques

2) Hands on experience on handling large data sets, summarizing and extracting insights

3) Should be familiar with various data science techniques and algorithms and comfortable with at least one of Python or R with experience in deploying models in live environment through use of API's

4) Should be able to work comfortably on excel and SQL for data extraction and any of d3js, tableau, qlikview, minitab for visualization

5) Knowledge of Arc/QGIS/Google API's for maps would be an added advantage

6) Should be comfortable to interface with tech team for development in the areas of Webapps, Android and BI
