Reporting to: Yatin Dolia(Head of Ops & Service)

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years

Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate

Candidate Expectation- Looking for a candidate with minimum 8 to 10 years of AMC industry experience in. Preferably need the understanding of MF & PMS, as would be handling MF & PMS customer Service team.

JD:

Job Summary: Managing customer service for MF and PMS with quality monitoring with respect to response, data analysis etc

Responsibilities :

1.Handling and monitoring the customer service function for the AMC.

2. Review various analytics for service with respect to calls, queries, complaints

3. Design processes and process improvements with respect to service.

4. Quality monitoring of calls and responses on a periodical basis.

5. Handling investor queries or complaint resolution and monitoring with the help of analytics.

6. Manage a team handling customer service.

7. Work towards enhancing customer service deliverables and excellence.

Key Work Relationships:

Internal: Sales, Operation including Branch Ops, RTA Operations

External: RTA
