1. Well versed with the fund raising activities and compliances (80G / Grant agreements etc)
2. Experience working with NGO/ Corporates / high net worth individuals / Government grants
3. Presentation skills and design communication based on the profile of the donor
4. Has experience in program and resource generation
5. Has experience in healthcare domain- will be added advantage if worked on children and women empowerment projects
6. Understanding of various CSR activities/ initiatives among the corporates
7. Working with internal consultants to understand the fund requirement for the babies and also medical condition
8. Lisoning with parents and FD's to understand the demographics and financial condition
9. Participating in events and presenting Motherhood as a champion in this cause
10. Reaching out to regional markets to bring awareness on this program
11. Maintaining donor and Donnie relationships and providing feedback to the donor- s
Qualification: Any Graduate /MSW
