Mosaic Wellness is building digital first, health coaches for elective health concerns working toward one mission: To help Indians lead more fulfilling lives surrounded by wellness and grace. Elective health has been a large latent gap in India with the knowledge & support for issues which warrants a consumer first approach in building digitally native full stake health coaches to provide integrated care (products & services) and engagement (content & community to build healthy habits).

Started in May 2020, Man Matters is now the largest Men's health platform, serving more than 1M Men every year across therapeutic areas of Hair Loss and Nutrition. Started in May 2021, Be Bodywise is the largest integrated Women's Health platform serving more than 1M women a year in the areas of PCOS, Hair & Skin Health. Started in May 2022, Little Joys helps parents to reduce the anxiety around physical and mental development of their kids.

Finance - FA/Business finance Executive/Associate/Manager /Other Roles

Mandatory:

- 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounts

- Experience in Tally preferred, any other software [SAP/Sage/MS Dynamics/Quickbooks] will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Accounting :

- End to End Accounting Entries

- Daily Bank entries, Purchase, Sales in Tally; Ledger Scrutiny, Debit Notes, Credit Notes

- Bank Reconciliation Statement

- Revenue Reconciliation & Follow ups with vendors & Banks

- Provisioning & Depreciation Calculation

- Tax Compliance

- TDS Compliance (Salary & non salary sections)

- GST Compliance (e way bills, e-invoicing)

- Salary related compliance (PT, PF, ESIC, Gratuity)

- Accounts Receivables [ Sales -> Collection -> Bank Remittances -> Reco ]

- Tracking A/R vendor wise , following up on Collections Daily as per Receivable Schedule

- Bad Debts provisioning and being on top of collections , ensuring Management is made visible of such provisions if any

- Vendor onboarding documentations as per compliance process with ownership of checking documents and confirming before final on-boarding happens

- Doing reconciliation [ Accounting Entries Vs. Bank Statements ] Month and Month , Closing Ledger and NDC sign off quarterly with Vendors

- Accounts Payables [ PI/PR/PO Creation -> Payment -> Check Scope of work Deliverables From Business teams -> Getting final invoices on time -> Bank Cash outflow -> Reco ]

- Vendor onboarding documentations as per compliance process with ownership of checking documents and confirming before final on-boarding happens

- Tracking PI/PR/PO , Advance payments ,FInal invoices , confirm Work order execution from the Business team , Open PO's Ageing

- Doing reconciliation [ Accounting Entries Vs. Bank Statements ] Month and Month ,

- Closing Ledger and NDC sign off quarterly with Vendors

- Expense review and provisioning

- Liasioning with other departments/ Business teams to get accurate expenses and provisions

All Reconciliation:

- Inventory Reconciliation [ Physical stock Counts <> System Count <> Accounting Entries ]

- Sales Reconciliation [ All Platforms order level sales Vs. Accounting entries with Returns/Refunds provisioning and actualization ]

- AP/AR Reconciliation Owner ensuring AP/AR monthly reconciliation is done

Other Activities:

- Monthly Reporting of Business performance

- COGS Accounting

- Vendor Payments on time every time as per schedule/work order tracking and closures

Other Skills:

- Good communication skills

- Good Excel (Vlookup, sumifs, Pivots & Tally skills - cost centre, BOM)

- Team player
