Role Description: Mosaic is looking for motivated candidates who are interested to grow in the exciting world of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies to join as Analysts in India. Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Market Research, especially in the internet/startup/cryptocurrency domain are encouraged to apply. Candidates without any prior Market Research experience need not apply.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on Cryptocurrency and Blockchain projects based on secondary and primary research

- Build an in-depth understanding of the Blockchain and Crypto space

- Due Diligence of various Blockchain projects

- Work on market reports to be published on relevant forums

- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions on project specific areas

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a Tier I/II university in Engineering, Finance, Business, Liberal Arts, etc. The role is tailor-made for those aspiring to advance to US/UK job markets, or thinking of pursuing higher education from these countries down the line.

Required Skills/Experience:

- 1+ years of secondary/primary market research experience in internet or start-up domains

- International exposure: Candidates who have experience handling international clients or projects on a regular basis are preferred, as the role will involve extensive collaboration with the international analyst team.

- Inquisitive interest in the Blockchain domain

- Independent, able to work with minimal supervision

Desired Skills:

- Preliminary exposure to Blockchain and Crypto space is a plus.

- National or International Certifications which showcase Analytical and Financial acumen (like CFA, GRE/GMAT, FRM etc.) will be a plus.

- If the candidate has experience working with research platforms like Bloomberg, CB Insights etc., it will be a plus.
