Clarity of thought and the ability to understand the client's business and economics. - Preparing detailed IM's showcasing client's business and capabilities - Preparation of Pitch Books; Research and analysis of industry trends; Trading Comps and Transaction Comps - Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF and other valuation techniques - Experience in hand-holding mid-market Indian corporates to collate data and information and prepare transaction collaterals Qualification - CA/ MBA with max 1-2 years of work experience Skills - Proficiency in financial modelling, including detailed financial forecasting - Good written and verbal communication skills Well versed with MS Office Excel, Powerpoint and Word
