About Mosaic Capital Services:

Mosaic Capital is a boutique investment bank; offers cross border Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity advisory to corporates and investors. We are looking for an Associate with 1-3 years in Mumbai. Only candidates based in Mumbai should apply for the position.

Role Summary:

- End-to-end engagement from pitching to transaction closure

- Candidate will get significant front-end exposure in managing the client

Key responsibilities:

- Financial modelling across sectors for various PE and M&A projects from scratch. Clarity of thought and the ability to understand the client's business and economics.

- Preparing detailed IM's showcasing client's business and capabilities

- Preparation of Pitch Books; Research and analysis of industry trends; Trading Comps and Transaction Comps

- Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF and other valuation techniques

- Experience in hand-holding mid-market Indian corporates to collate data and information and prepare transaction collaterals

Qualification:

- CA/MBA with max 1-3 years of work experience

Skills required:

- Proficiency in financial modelling, including detailed financial forecasting

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Well versed with MS Office Excel, Powerpoint and Word
