About Our Client
Our client is a well known name in the underwriting arena. They have been expanding their set up greatly and are looking for a seasoned professional to manage their credit risk underwriting (mortgage) piece.
Job Description
Reporting into AVP, you would be responsible for
- Assessing credit risk for mortgage loans
- Conducting analysis of financial statements and balance sheet
- Calculating & analyzing various financial ratios
- Analyzing trends within the underwriting arena and make recommendations on emerging opportunities
- Advising senior management on various initiatives such as underwriting, fraud prevention & product development
The Successful Applicant
- You must be a CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in underwriting mortgage loans with banks. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders is essential.
