Business Development Manager About us : - Morphle Labs is a YC-funded startup by IIT alumni building robotic automation for cancer diagnostics. - We are a team of 50+ highly-energetic folks based out of Bangalore and have achieved high growth in terms of revenue across India (market leader) + USA & a sparse customer base across Europe, Southeast Asia & Middle east. Role & Responsibilities : - Responsible for entire sales and marketing and Business Development. Formulated strategies for entry into the new region. - Develop pitches and content for various customer segments and increase efficiency. - Closely work with the marketing to provide visibility and optimize on the sales funnel. - Responsible for account management, maintaining customer relations, and handling post-sales support. - Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails. - Develop lead engagement strategies and effective sales/marketing tool kits and be able to put together top-class responses to potential customers. - Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required. - The job will entail traveling for field visits, customer meetings, and event participation. Requirements : - 2+ years of work experience - You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. - Hands-on ZOHO CRM - Proficient with Excel
