Business Development Associate About us : - Morphle Labs is a YC-funded startup by IIT alumni building robotic automation for cancer diagnostics. - We are a team of 50+ highly-energetic folks based out of Bangalore and have achieved high growth in terms of revenue across India (market leader) + USA & a sparse customer base across Europe, Southeast Asia & Middle east. Role & Responsibilities : - Own the whole proposal process. Which includes identifying client needs, creating winning strategies, closing new business possibilities, and managing the sales process. - Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls to ensure a great relationship with active leads. - Analyze the market's competitive environment and keep an eye on important developments. - Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails. - Reconnect with cold leads and build relationships with them as you build your pipeline. - Update and create tailored client proposals and get involved in post-sales customer success operations and relationship building. - Create and/or Maintain the lead database while following up with the leads to drive efficiency. - Fostering strong connections with the portfolio of current clients. Required Skills : - 1+ years of work experience. - Proficient in Excel. - Knowledge of CRM and prior experience with Canva is a plus point.
