Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

The Group: Morningstar's corporate functions play an essential role in supporting our company's strategic initiatives, day-to-day operations and infrastructure. The Talent and Culture team (known as Human Resources in other firms) is the steward of Morningstar's unique culture. The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, He/She plays a critical role in bringing a creative approach to all Operational and Program efficiencies in TA. The incumbent will constantly iterate on current systems and programs to streamline processes and perpetuate program and operational efficiency. This role will drive constant change and is someone who can be strategic and inventive, as well as excellent at tactical implementation with a passion for our mission to create great products that help investors reach their financial goals. The role shall be located at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Be a part of the various complex operations that support global recruitment Ensure the delivery of high-quality work products within stipulated timelines.

- Interact with the larger Talent Acquisition team and our counterparts globally for these operations.

- Strategically design and execute TA programs and operations to scale both locally and globally.

- Track, analyze, and communicate key success metrics and business trends. Responsible for working closely with TA leadership to drive the adoption of new systems and process changes.

- Lead the adoption and improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience.

- Evolve our data and tracking mechanisms to promote a strong recruiting culture across the organization.

Requirement: The Desired candidate must possess:

- A graduate/postgraduate degree with a minimum of 8 years of prior experience in managing programs/operations.

- A keen eye for detail and process along with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment.

- Proficient communication skills.

- Manage multiple programs and deliverables.

- Full life cycle recruiting experience.

- A deep understanding of recruiting processes and best practices
