Morgan Stanley - Vice President - OTC Settlements Equity

The successful candidate will be required to lead a team of individuals covering Settlement related functions within the wider Cash Settlements team. The successful candidate is expected to become a Subject Matter Expert in their function and provide support to the Director group.

- Escalation point for issues and discrepancies with external and internal counterparties

- Managing a team of individuals to include career progression and future development

- Subject Matter expert for function and product covered within the group

- Analysis of current processes and identification of process/system to increase efficiencies

- Supporting applicable Change the Bank and Run the Bank Projects impacting the team, from inception; providing SME support, testing and monitoring into Production

- Client and Business Unit relationship management

- Participation in industry forums where applicable

Skills required (essential):

- Experience within a Settlements or applicable product related role

- Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast paced multi tasking environment

- Proactive and self-motivated

- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
