Position: Qvidian Expert / Administrator

Position Overview:

- We are looking for career-minded professionals with global perspective to join the Mumbai based Integrated Marketing Services team as a Senior Qvidian Administrator. 

- As part of the Global Business Development Services (BDS) team and reporting to the Global Head of BDS functionally and the Head of the Integrated Marketing Services team locally, the Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) Qvidian Manager/Administrator is responsible for maintaining and managing the content, structure and usage of the Qvidian database.

- The MSIM BDS team of 25 people across 5 offices supports MSIM's investment teams, consultant relations, institutional and intermediary new business acquisition efforts and is responsible for RFPs and DDQs across active asset management. This new role will be responsible for improving the efficacy of the Qvidian platform and driving adoption of automation features. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent training and leadership skills, in addition to attention to detail and superior communication skills.

- The successful candidate has experience in or knowledge of the investment management industry, experience with aggregating and interpreting qualitative content related to various aspects of Investment Management with experience in using Qvidian as a content management system.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage Qvidian database,

- Ensuring content remains current

- Update structure to meet best practice

- Have direct ownership of firm level content, updating records on a quarterly basis

- Work with firm functional subject matter experts for firm level content

- Work with BDS Proposal Writers/Investment teams for investment level content

- Take leadership role in driving implementation of Proposal Automation (QPA Autofill and Project)

- Develop work plan

- Provide ongoing training

- Leverage database in support of other tools (e.g. Salesforce, PEGA, Door)

- Provide audit, analytical details of Qvidian usage

Position Requirements:

- Minimum of five years of industry experience

- Key attributes include: commitment, team spirit, and collaboration

- Experience with investment management RFPs (5+ years); knowledge of proposal software, including automation (preference is Qvidian); training and change management experience a plus.
