Morgan Stanley - Credit Risk Analyst

Role

- Perform necessary credit due diligence and analysis on borrowers and trading counterparties of the Firm

- Conduct in-depth industry research across various sectors across Asia Pacific

- Develop sovereign and macro risk views as need to support decision making

- Support senior analysts with client DD calls, independent research and establishing credit risk views

- Review and recommend credit risk-related transactions for approval

- Monitor portfolio quality on an ongoing basis and dynamically update credit views on counterparties, sectors and other risks

- Partner with colleagues across the globe to achieve your goals and to gain insight into how a global organization operates.

Skills required

- Bachelor's or higher degree and a keen interest in the world of finance and risk management

- Advanced analytical and numerical skills to assimilate complex information rapidly

- Ability to identify, analyze, condense, and articulate complicated ideas and findings clearly and succinctly

- Superior reading comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork

Skills desired

- Previous experience in corporate credit risk management at a multinational financial institution is a plus
