Moodys Analytics - Senior Associate/Delivery Lead - Equity Research - CFA/CA (3-6 yrs)
Broader responsibilities are :
Position Responsibilities :
- Design, construct, and manage rigorous financial models to track historical data and create forecasts on industry / companies
- In-depth Modeling, analysis and maintenance of available company / industry databases
- Analyze relevant data using online and other data sources such as Bloomberg, Factset, Capital IQ, Reuters, and other financial databases
- Support in production of detailed written research reports such as initiation of company / sector coverage reports, Thematic reports, Earnings notes, quarterly Research pieces, and other products (company profiles, newsletters, industry primers, etc.)
- Handle ad hoc research requests as per client requirements
Experience /skills :
- High level of independent thinking and excellent analytical abilities
- Strong accounting and financial skills
- An eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively and on time
- A flair / skill for using advanced tools in Excel, Word, PPT etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of database tools - Factset, Capital IQ, Reuters, Bloomberg and other financial databases
Education :
- Master's degree with a major in finance
- Candidates with a relevant qualification (CFA or CA) is preferred
