Key skills : a. Preparation, updating and interpretation of company comparable and M&A transactions b. Experience in analyzing industry trends and evaluating business dynamics c. Generating ideas and creating presentations as part of pitch books d. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Excel VBA knowledge is an added advantage) e.
