Business Development Research, German Speaking APAC

The Business Development Research team is growing quickly and works in partnership with global sales leaders and sales teams. We help accelerate sales pipeline generation efforts and drive meaningful insights through intensive business research and actionable insights on prospects and accounts. MongoDB's Business Development Representatives are mentored and coached by highly-skilled sales leaders with proven track records. BDRs gain practical, real-world sales and pipeline generation experience, along with exposure to the best sales methodology in the industry. Shift Timing: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (cabs will be provided)

Work Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities may include :

- Working mainly for the Central & Eastern Europe Market

- Fluent in German: Stakeholder Management, E-mail correspondence, Phone/Video calls and crafting miscellaneous deliverables

- Building Pipeline Generation Research Kits

- Conducting secondary research on prospects- goals, markets, strategic objectives, technology appetite and pain areas

- Crafting tailored material to run highly productive sales campaigns (email templates, presentations, etc.)

- Researching individual profiles to identify and build lists of key roles and targets

Qualifications :

- Excellent verbal and written German communication skills

- German Qualification of at least up to B2 level

- Experience with searching and diligencing information, smart compilation of facts and solid presentation skills

- Ability to analyze trends, synthesize findings and articulate viewpoints

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and remain client-focused

- Strong prioritization skills

- Start-up mindset with demonstrated progression

- A keen interest in staying in tune with global developments in the technology sector and building a career in technology sales
