What does a Project Manager mean to us-

- The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of the project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

- The successful candidate will work directly with client and Moneytap teams (product, tech, business) to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timelines.

Who are we looking for :

- Taking ownership of project targets and deliverables

- Be the contact for interacting with the project team of our Bank partner

- Interface with internal stakeholders as well - Marketing, Tech, Partners, CXOs, UX, Ops, Customer Success, Credit - pretty much everyone in the company

- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally within a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts

- Basic technical knowledge : understanding of technical process flows, API calls, how integrations work etc

- Ability to switch between different issues with conflicting responsibilities

- Maintenance of plans (internal and external), Risks/Issue logs, Minutes, Actions, etc

- Build consensus across stakeholders clearly articulating the product decisions and choices

- Own & Triage all customer & partner-facing escalations that are product-related

- Our ideal candidate is a Product, Program, Project and Partner manager all at the same time. Yes, we have a high bar. But we are willing to work with you provided you have the basic skills and the right attitude.

Skills you must have :

- 3-5 years of experience in product or project management at a tech b2c company, at least 1 year at a startup

- Engineering degree with an MBA from a premier college

- You can't be a jerk, we have zero tolerance no matter how good you are : you have to work with other people

- Passion and a strong sense of ownership, even about things that are not your direct responsibility

Really nice to have :

- Background in Payments or other areas of Indian Fintech

- Strong proficiency with financial and customer experience metrics and analysis

- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, numerate

- Be presentable. You'll be directly interacting with senior bankers and you need to earn their trust and respect
