Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our senior leadership team at our Goregaon office. This full-time position requires 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, offering a pivotal role in shaping company culture and driving organizational success within the financial services industry.

Qualifications And Skills:

- Strategic recruitment planning (Mandatory skill) with demonstrable success in attracting, assessing, and hiring top industry talent through targeted strategies.

- Proven expertise in employee relations, with the ability to develop trust with staff and effectively resolve conflicts and workplace issues.

- Comprehensive experience in talent acquisition, from workforce planning to on-boarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and managers.

- Strong background in compensation and benefits administration, including developing competitive packages and managing payroll processes.

- Demonstrated ability in HR policy development, ensuring compliance with current laws and

aligning policies with company objectives and values.

- Solid understanding of organizational development principles, helping to structure teams and roles that achieve business growth.

- A track record of fostering employee engagement through performance management, recognition programs, and initiatives that build morale.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the talent acquisition process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

- Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance to management and employees, and implement solutions for a harmonious workplace.

- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings that motivate and retain employees while controlling costs.

- Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal regulations and business needs.

- Advise senior management on organizational development initiatives that foster high performance and support business objectives.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including feedback mechanisms, recognition systems, and activities that enhance workplace satisfaction.

- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements for process efficiency and effectiveness.

- Support workforce planning and succession management, identifying critical roles and developing talent pools for future leadership needs.
