- As Head of Engineering, you will leading the engineering team and driving the technical strategy of Monexo.

- Drive the technical vision in terms of technology stack, architecture, roadmap to build scalable and robust solutions

- Lead and grow the capabilities of an agile engineering team

- Build innovative solutions to excite the market as well as the customers

- Scope, plan, architect, and manage end-to-end product development, infrastructure management and IT operations

- Build up data science capability for the organization

- Razor sharp focus on latest industry trends and emerging technologies

- Must be hands on and have a genuine passion for coding.

Skills & Experience :

- 7-15 years of leadership experience in engineering and technology development role

- Architect, designed, and built systems in financial services or internet companies

- Experience in digital, mobile desirable

- Excellent skills in motivating engineering team and managing external parties

- Strong DevOps knowledge.

- Should be an entrepreneur at heart and strategic thinker

- Strong communication and problem solving skills
