A CA Fresher, or - 1 or 2 years of experience, preferably in the IT Industry or have been part of Implementation of software or BPR exercise

- Inclination towards IT Industry is a must

- Working knowledge of ERP will be preferred

- Should be able to understand and document the business processes

- Should be ready to build a career in Software and / or Risk Consultancy

- Should have good communication and presentation skills

- Should be a fast learner

- Should be a good team player

- Should be presentable and articulate

- Should be ready to travel within India and outside India. 70% travel
