Strong understanding of local consumer needs and business needs on Oreo and our 3 new ambitious area (Savoury, Health &amp; Wellness, Chocobakery) 3. Identify the technical approach, consumer impact, RDQ resource needs and commercialization plan etc. Work with RDQ cross functional teams, formulate the technological development roadmap 4. Acts as a key R&amp;D leader to work with cross-departments in India. Develops cross- departments and functional teams linkages and forms project teams where necessary to meet business objectives Career Experience Required &amp; Role Implications 1. BS/College in food science or engineering 2. 10 years+ work experience in large multinational food companies required 3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders 4. Strong local cultural background 5. Strong Multi-projects management and strategies development background is preferred
