JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Meeting Sales Targets : - To achieve volume &amp; value sales of products across categories, geographies &amp; Retail Environments. Ensuring Distribution &amp; Visibility - To ensure distribution across RLAs &amp; Wholesalers &amp; open new retail outlets &amp; Wholesalers. - To do coverage analysis and reach targeted Wholesalers &amp; retailers as per goals. - To ensure proper visibility of products across retails outlets &amp; Wholesalers. Maintaining Commercial Hygiene : - To coordinate commercial activities, ensure timely collections, timely claim submission &amp; maintaining ROI tracker. RD Management - To align &amp; drive the RD system towards targeted Goals &amp; Objectives as aligned with the company. - To ensure timely RD uploads on Meranet (Company software). Team Building &amp; Motivating - To manage and ensure training and development of his team of Re- Distributor Salesmen, Merchandisers, Pilot Salesman &amp; TSIs. - To manage Re- Distributor Salesmen for efficient delivery &amp; ensure regular upgradation of Re- Distributor Salesmen. - To work closely with &amp; monitor working of Purple Force. - To ensure maximum incentive earnings for RDSM &amp; Pilot team. Depot &amp; Stock Handling : - To manage inventories, FIFO, stock levels &amp; Inventory Health Index as per company norms - To liaise with ASM &amp; Commercial department to ensure timely feeds to the stockiest and take action in the event of damaged stock. Others : - To provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and awareness on the competitor's strengths and weakness. - To participate in product launches and promotional activities. - To maintain and leverage strong relationships with Retailers &amp; Wholesalers. Qualifications : Career experience required and role implications : Technical &amp; Behavioural skills : - Negotiation and customer management skills - Expertise in Managing Distributors &amp; Retailers - Meeting Sales Target - Depot &amp; Stock handling Behavioural Competencies - Graduate/Post Graduate (Sales &amp; Marketing) with min 3-5yrs FMCG experience in Traditional Trade/ Rural. - Proficiency in computers - Maintaining commercial hygiene - Team building &amp; management
