JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the sales & distribution for the region
- Ensure Mondelez is visible and well represented in customer outlets
- Alignment to Mondelez systems and processes
- Identifying & Driving strategic market priorities and developmental projects in the region
- Managing teams, maintain motivation and contribute to building people capability
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Influencing thought leadership
QUALIFICATION:
- Should have experience of managing Metros and Rural
- Should have 8-10 Years of experience indifferent Sales Roles
- Educational Qualification - MBA in Marketing
