Assistant Manager
Roles & Responsibility :
- Increase knowledge of the market; build relationships with key end users and distributors.
- Training of sales team, provide solid positive leadership with clear
- direction, motivation to achieve expectations both financial and nonfinancial.
- To establish clear communication channels between sales, marketing, technical associates and constant communication with H.O.
Experience & Education :
- MBA or bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing.
- Minimum 6 - 8 years' progressive sales and marketing experience in food / FMCG in B2B/B2C Companies.
- Experience in setting up sales tracking systems and processes.
Functional Requirements :
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, a relationship builder.
- Good people skills, sensitive to culture.
- Excellent English both spoken and written and local languages as applicable in the region.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Creative and imaginative.
- Good understanding of financials
