Mojro - Senior Manager - Customer Success (5-8 yrs)

The Customer Success Team at Mojro is focused on providing best experience and outcomes for our customers on the Mojro Platform. You will be part of this team and will be expected to take up End to End Ownership of Customer Success for a portfolio of customers including:

- On-boarding and Training on the Platform

- Relentless Monitoring and Proactive Engagement with Customers to increase and improve Product Adoption

- Building Deep Relationships within the various functions of the Customer organization and drive change for achieving the required outcomes

- Owning Customer Retention - Engage with the Customer to ensure that their contract is up to date/renewed

- Growing of Recurring Revenues - Map the Customer Lifetime Value and realize increased month on month revenue from the customer

- Own Customer Experience - Simplification, Automation, Timely Support, Issue Resolution and Active Listening

- Program Management - Align Mojro teams to the customer's own internal targets and rollout plans and manage expectations of feature rollouts or fixes

- Trusted Advisory - Build domain depth, product knowledge and customer trust to be able to advise customers on key decisions

- Track Customer Satisfaction - Maintain Good Customer Health by tracking key parameters and convert customers to promoters

Qualifications :

- An Engineering or a Business Management Background with a flair for problem solving and decision making

- 5 years of experience working first hand with Customers in Program Management/Account Management/Business Analysis etc.

- Experience of working with SAAS products. Any domain knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics and Transportation will be beneficial

- Experience of working or interacting with cross functional teams driving change management

- Project or Program Management experience with experience of product rollouts across multiple locations

- Possess excellent communication skills - both verbal and written and ability to speak multiple Indian languages besides English
