We are looking for a talented and experienced growth senior product manager with a strong focus on data driven and product-led growth. You have to work on the complete strategy, execution and optimization for Mojocare's growth metrics.

You will partner with our marketing and sales teams, alongside design, engineering, and QA teams to rapidly test and iterate on new features to drive growth across the funnel from acquisition to retention. This role is a pivotal opportunity for anyone who enjoys the intersection of product and marketing, using datasets to help millions of users experience the Mojocare difference.

Our ideal candidate will be well versed with A/B experiments, website and landing page creation, analytics and marketing automation integrations, user research and empathy, lead generation and nurturing, and funnel optimization. You should be comfortable with data and have experience leveraging it for customer journey and product success insights.

Responsibilities:

- Strategize and lead growth initiatives to drive better onboarding experience, lower funnel drop offs and monetization via all channels to reach the next level of scale, impact, and profitability

- Identify and regularly analyze key growth metrics and optimize the growth strategy accordingly.

- Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations to deliver an amazing experience from signup to purchase.

- Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth.

- Drive execution on the roadmap, partnering with your development team, design, QA and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strengthen and innovate on marketing and analytics infrastructure on the platform to ensure accurate and comprehensive measurement of marketing and growth KPIs

Requirements:

- Overall 4-5 years of work experience preferably with exposure in - product led growth in the health/wellness or B2C industry

- Evolved user empathy with good understanding of user research and persona to inform our websites and landing pages

- Proven track record of owning impactful growth projects end-to-end from ideation, development, testing to launch

- Knack for out-of-the-box thinking and ability to scope and prioritize larger efforts into more manageable and realistic goals.

- Comfort with analytics, heat mapping and marketing automation tools like Google Analytics, Metabse, Appsflyer etc

- Functional knowledge of bringing organic traffic by working with SEO and content team

- Team building capabilities as you'll be responsible for coaching junior team members and interns as well as hiring new ones.

- Can communicate effectively, influence without authority, and align a cross-functional team towards a common goal

- Is detail-oriented with superior organization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines
