Job Brief: We are hiring a qualified Senior HR Manager for joining and leading our HR department. The right candidate will oversee our company's recruitment process; set objectives for the HR team; plan employee engagement and wellness; performance management and appraisals, employer branding and enable Mojocare to be a top destination for attracting and retaining the best employees.

Responsibilities:

- Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress through weekly scrums, reports

- Designing as well as implementing company policies for promoting an employee friendly environment

- Overseeing improvements to the recruitment process and responsible for 20+ new hiring and on-boarding every month

- Maintaining HR procedures in compliance with regulations

- Ensuring HR team addresses the requests and complaints of employees in a timely manner

- Reviewing and reporting departmental budgets

- Monitoring HR metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire, attrition and turnover rates)

- Overseeing entire employee lifecycle from on-boarding to exit

- Discussing the career development paths of employees with managers

- Hosting and organizing company's recruitment events

- Developing benefits and compensation plans

Requirements:

- Experience in working in a B2C start-up and building HR teams to scale

- Ability to motivate employees, leadership skills to create a forward looking and driven team

- Experience in managing a team of 20+ HR professionals across TA, HRBP, HR Ops and Admin

- Prior knowledge of HRMS, ATS, Payroll systems, HR trackers, etc.

- Strong excel and quant skills to do data analysis and draw meaningful insights

- Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages is a plus

- Undergraduate/PG degree with notable co-curricular achievements

- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Healthcare enthusiast who believes in the mission of the company and is excited about building this together

- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore (if needed) to work closely with the team (this is not a remote role)
